Question 1

What is Guildify?

Accepted Answer

Guildify is a Discord-native web platform for multi-game guild management. It helps MMORPG community leaders coordinate raids, events, bank activity, loot distribution, member applications, role assignments, and dozens of other day-to-day guild operations — all from a single unified system.

Question 2

Who is Guildify built for?

Accepted Answer

Guildify is built for guild leaders, community managers, raid officers, auction organizers, and role-playing group hosts who run communities in MMORPGs. Whether you manage a small raid team, a large multi-game community, or a cross-guild alliance, Guildify provides the tools you need.

Question 3

Can Guildify support multi-game guilds?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guildify is purpose-built for multi-game guilds. You can manage separate guilds for each game under one community umbrella, with independent roles, events, banks, and settings per game — all accessible from a single platform.

Question 4

What makes Guildify different from other guild tools?

Accepted Answer

Guildify combines the depth of a dedicated guild management platform with native Discord integration. Unlike spreadsheets or single-purpose bots, Guildify provides a complete suite — events, bank, loot, crafting, auctions, applications, and permissions — all in one place. It's built by MMORPG players who understand the real challenges of running a guild.

Question 5

Is Guildify free to use?

Accepted Answer

Guildify is currently in active development (Closed Alpha phase). While the core features will remain accessible, premium plans with advanced capabilities will be introduced as the platform matures. Join the waitlist or our Discord server to stay informed about pricing and plan details.

Question 6

What event management features does Guildify offer?

Accepted Answer

Guildify's event system supports raid scheduling, recurring guild activities, social events, signups with role assignments, waitlists, and full attendance tracking. You can create templates for recurring events, set role-based signup requirements, and review historical attendance data.

Question 7

How does the Guild Bank system work?

Accepted Answer

The Guild Bank tracks deposits, withdrawals, guild-owned items, taxes, and contributions with full transparency. Role-based access control ensures only authorized members can manage bank operations. Every transaction is recorded in the activity log for audit purposes.

Question 8

What loot distribution methods are supported?

Accepted Answer

Guildify supports multiple loot distribution methods: DKP (Dragon Kill Points), loot council decisions, loot rolls, and wishlist-based priority. Each method provides full transparency so members can see why items were awarded and track distribution history.

Question 9

How does the crafting system work?

Accepted Answer

The crafting system lets you track profession levels across your guild, manage crafting service requests, and offer crafting to members. Members can browse available crafters, submit requests, and find the best deals — both within their guild and across allied guilds.

Question 10

What is the Auction House feature?

Accepted Answer

Guildify includes an internal auction system for guild members. It supports various auction types (open bid, sealed bid, Dutch), integrates with DKP, and ensures transparent item distribution. Auctions can be configured with minimum bids, buyout prices, and time limits.

Question 11

How does the Alliance system work?

Accepted Answer

The Alliance system supports three tiers: Community (your Discord server), Guild (game-specific guild), and Alliance (cross-community coalitions). Each tier has independent roles, events, and settings, allowing you to scale from a single guild to a multi-community network.

Question 12

Does Guildify handle member applications and recruitment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guildify includes customizable application forms with configurable requirements. Officers can review applications, compare candidates, and accept or reject with one click. The system also tracks application history and onboarding status.

Question 13

Is there a member activity and absence tracking system?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guildify tracks member activity, absence notifications, and attendance across events. Officers can see who is active, who is on break, and get alerts when key members are unavailable for scheduled raids.

Question 14

What kind of permission and role management is available?

Accepted Answer

Guildify offers granular role-based permissions. You can define custom ranks (Guild Master, Officer, Raid Lead, etc.) and assign fine-grained permissions for every feature — who can manage events, access the bank, distribute loot, review applications, and more.

Question 15

Does Guildify have a wishlist system for loot?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Members can maintain wishlists of desired items (including Best-in-Slot gear). The wishlist integrates with loot distribution, so officers can see who needs what when awarding drops, making the process faster and fairer.

Question 16

Can I track quests and guild progression?

Accepted Answer

Guildify includes a quest management system where you can organize guild quests, track progress, and manage rewards. This helps coordinate group activities and ensures everyone knows what objectives are active.

Question 17

Is there an activity log or audit trail?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every guild action — joins, leaves, bans, bank transactions, role changes, loot awards, and event modifications — is recorded in a searchable activity log. This provides full transparency and accountability for guild leadership.

Question 18

How does Guildify save time for guild leaders?

Accepted Answer

Guildify automates repetitive guild management tasks: attendance tracking, loot distribution calculations, bank transaction logging, application processing, and event scheduling. Instead of spending hours on spreadsheets after raid night, you can focus on playing the game and leading your community.

Question 19

Can I manage multiple guilds or communities at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guildify supports managing multiple communities and guilds from a single account. Switch between them seamlessly, each with its own settings, members, events, and data.

Question 20

How do I handle officer delegation and permissions?

Accepted Answer

You can create custom roles with specific permission sets and assign them to your officers. For example, a Raid Lead might manage events and loot but not access the bank, while a Treasurer handles finances but not recruitment. Permissions are granular and transparent.

Question 21

Is there a tutorial or onboarding for new users?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Guildify includes an interactive tutorial system that guides new users through the platform step by step. No need to read lengthy documentation — just follow the in-app walkthrough to get started quickly.

Question 22

Can I migrate my existing guild data to Guildify?

Accepted Answer

While automated migration tools are planned, you can currently set up your guild structure manually. The platform is designed to be intuitive, so getting your roster, roles, and basic settings configured takes minutes. For specific migration needs, reach out on our Discord server.

Question 23

How does authentication work on Guildify?

Accepted Answer

Guildify uses Discord for authentication. You sign in with your existing Discord account — no separate username, password, or profile to create. This keeps onboarding simple and reduces the personal data we need to collect.

Question 24

How is my data protected?

Accepted Answer

Guildify uses Supabase as its backend infrastructure with Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring that users can only access data they are authorized to see. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information or guild data to third parties.

Question 25

How are payments handled?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed through Polar, a dedicated payment infrastructure provider. Guildify never directly handles or stores your payment card details. The checkout flow is clean, secure, and keeps sensitive financial data in a PCI-compliant system.

Question 26

Does Guildify use cookies?

Accepted Answer

Guildify uses necessary cookies to maintain sessions, secure the platform, and remember interface preferences. Optional analytics and third-party services remain blocked until you explicitly grant consent. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings panel.

Question 27

Is Guildify reliable? What about downtime?

Accepted Answer

We aim to keep Guildify highly available, but as a platform in active development, occasional maintenance windows or brief interruptions may occur. We communicate scheduled maintenance through our Discord server and strive to minimize disruption during peak gaming hours.

Question 28

What games are currently supported?

Accepted Answer

Guildify currently supports World of Warcraft (Retail and Classic), Lost Ark, The Elder Scrolls Online, Albion Online, Guild Wars 2, Black Desert Online, Throne and Liberty, RuneScape, Aion 2, Star Citizen, Farever, Warborne, and Archage. Question 32

What happens if my game is not supported yet?

Accepted Answer

You can request game support through our Discord server by opening a ticket. We prioritize games based on community demand. Even if your game isn't listed yet, you can still use many of Guildify's core features (member management, events, bank) while we work on game-specific integrations.

Question 33

Is there a mobile app for Guildify?

Accepted Answer

Guildify is a web-based platform with a responsive design that works on mobile browsers. A dedicated mobile app is on the long-term roadmap, but the current focus is delivering a complete and polished web experience first.

Question 34

Can I use Guildify without Discord?

Accepted Answer

Currently, Discord authentication is required to use Guildify. This is by design — the platform is built to integrate naturally with Discord-based guild communities. If you don't have a Discord server for your guild, creating one is free and takes only a few minutes.

Question 35

How do I get support if I have an issue?

Accepted Answer

The best way to get support is through our Discord server. You can open a support ticket, ask questions in community channels, or reach out to the development team directly. We prioritize helping guild leaders get set up and resolve any issues quickly.

Question 36

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Guildify is being built in public with community feedback shaping the roadmap. Join our Discord server to share your ideas, vote on feature requests, and discuss improvements with the development team and other guild leaders.

Question 37

How do I report a bug?

Accepted Answer

Question 38
