Billing & Refund Policy

All payments are processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record. Polar appears on your payment statement and is responsible for payment processing. Guildify does not directly store your payment card details.

Guildify offers Free and Premium plans. Paid plans renew automatically on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) until cancelled.

Each plan is subject to quantitative limits ('Plan Limits'), including concurrent limits and daily, weekly, or monthly quotas on record creation. Plan Limits are part of what you purchase, are described on our pricing page and in the product, and are further set out in our Terms of Service.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Premium plans may include a free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and you will be charged the plan price.

Expansion packs, AI credit packages, and similar one-time products are charged once at checkout and are generally non-refundable once delivered or consumed.

Credits, entitlements, or virtual items that we reasonably determine were obtained by circumventing a Plan Limit or otherwise in breach of our Terms of Service may be voided, adjusted, or removed without refund or compensation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not provide a refund for the current billing period; you retain access until the period ends.

Refunds are evaluated case by case. We may offer a refund where required by law or where a purchase was made in error and remains unused. Digital goods that have been delivered or consumed are generally non-refundable.

Statutory rights: if you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for certain digital purchases. This right may be waived once you begin using the digital content with your prior acknowledgment.

Abuse exception: no refund, credit, or pro-rata reimbursement is owed for the current or remaining term where your access is suspended or terminated because you exceeded, circumvented, or attempted to circumvent Plan Limits or otherwise breached our Terms of Service, and we may retain records of the abuse and of our decision for as long as necessary to detect further abuse and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. This applies to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not limit any mandatory consumer right that cannot be excluded.

Plan Limits and promotional offers are priced and sized on the assumption that they are used as intended by a single community acting in good faith. The following conduct is a material breach of our Terms of Service and of this policy: obtaining more capacity than your plan includes by creating or using multiple accounts, communities, sub-guilds, or alliances; resetting or evading hard, daily, weekly, or monthly limits by creating, deleting, archiving, or transferring records; using scripts, bots, automation, bulk imports, direct API calls, the Discord bot, or the MCP server to exceed your Plan Limits; exploiting a bug, error, or defect to access paid features, obtain credits, or exceed a limit; manipulating quotas, usage counters, entitlements, or subscription records; sharing or reselling plan capacity; and repeatedly subscribing, cancelling, or re-subscribing, or creating accounts to repeatedly obtain free trials, introductory pricing, or promotional credits.

Consequences: on a reasonable determination of such conduct we may, with or without prior notice, throttle or block the affected activity, disable or gate the affected feature, void credits or entitlements obtained improperly, suspend or terminate the subscription and the underlying account or community, and cancel any remaining term without refund. Outstanding amounts already invoiced remain due, and we may also pursue any other remedy available under our Terms of Service or applicable law.

Free trials and promotional pricing are limited to one per person, account, and community, and may not be re-obtained by cancelling and re-subscribing, by using a different account, payment method, or community, or by other means. We may refuse or reverse a trial or promotional entitlement that we reasonably determine was obtained contrary to this policy.

Where the subscription has been withdrawn without refund for abuse, you may contact us at the address in the 'Contact' section to request a good-faith review; we will review the matter and, where the determination was incorrect, restore the subscription or issue the appropriate refund.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your subscription and related services while the dispute is resolved. Please contact support before initiating a dispute so we can try to resolve the issue first.

Initiating a chargeback for a subscription that was suspended or terminated for circumventing Plan Limits or for a purchase that has been delivered or consumed may result in permanent termination of your account and community access, and we may contest the chargeback and recover the disputed amount and associated costs where permitted by law. This does not limit your statutory rights.

We may change prices with reasonable notice. Existing subscriptions continue at their current price until the end of the current period, after which the new price applies, subject to any required notice.
